We always wondered why there wasn’t a mass participation fitness event when functional fitness was one of the largest sports in the world. So we created Hyrox, the World Series of Fitness Racing. Growing the sport from grassroots we built the benchmark movement and competition standards and, we’re constantly looking for potential Head Judges that want to get amongst it and help grow the sport of fitness.

Do you love fitness and have an eye for detail? Can you lead and motivate a team of volunteers and thrive on the healthy stress of race days? Then we reckon you’re ready to join the #HYSOCIETY. For each race, we compile a  Race close-knit team of just 15 Head Judges to take the lead and be responsible for the 8 Workout Stations to ensure a smooth experience for all athletes.

Responsibilities

At each of the 8 HYROX Workout Stations, as Head Judge, you will manage the race flow and a team that ensure the athletes are using the correct weights and performing the exercises according to the movement standards. Together with your team of the dedicated volunteer crew, you’ll help motivate, inspire, guide and correct athletes until to the end of that station.

* Note: As a Head Judge you will be required to join a live, online training session and meet at the race venue the evening prior to the race for the official Head Judge Briefing.
