What does the HYROX P'F"T look like?

For time, your members must each complete the following to earn their official HYROX Scorecard and Finisher Patch:

  • 1,000m run (outside or treadmill 1% incline)
  • 50 Burpee Broad Jumps
  • 100 Alternating Bodyweight Forward Lunges (50 ea. side)
  • 1,000m row
  • 30 Hand Release Push-ups
  • 100 Wall Balls (4kg / 6kg)

Whether your members are aiming for a heart-pumping sub-20-minute finish or celebrating a triumphant 30-minute personal milestone; your HYROX P’F”T is a 3-hour celebration of fitness racing in the comfort and convenience of your own facility!
