Venue Details

1 Expo Dr, Singapore 486150 (Halls 3&4)

Bump in times are as follows:

  • Friday 30th of August between 0900 and 1800 hours
  • For delivery vehicles please see vehicle access below

Facilities availability during bump in:

  • Forklifts & drivers may be available depending on the availability of the HYROX build crew. It is best not to rely upon them.
  • Pump trucks will be available upon request.
  • Electrical power for activation area will be available upon request. (See electrical requirements below)
  • WC’s will be available onsite
  • F&B is available at the food park and dining and retail outlets within the Singapore Expo

Date & Key Times:

  • Saturday 31st Aug & Sunday 1st September
  • Doors will open to the public at 0900
  • First wave 1000
  • Last wave is due to finish at approx 2130
  • Doors must close no later than 2200

Facilities availability during Race Day:

  • WC’s will be available onsite
  • F&B is available at the food park and dining and retail outlets within the Singapore Expo

Bump Out times are as follows:

  • Monday 2nd September between 0900 and 1600 hours (No later than 1600)
  • If you wish to bump out on the event day (not before 2200) please liaise with William@hyroxsg.com with the expected time required for tear down and we can make an informed decision if this is possible. You may not bump out while the race is still taking place for obvious reasons.

There are multiple car parks within the immediate vicinity of the Singapore Expo.

Singapore Expo car parks are equipped with Electronic Parking System (EPS) gantries.

Free Wi-Fi is shared by all event attendees and the general public in the building during your event. It’s not just for event guests and is not designed to provide a guaranteed number of concurrent users for a particular event in a particular location.

It is suitable for basic internet browsing, web-based email, Facebook, Twitter, MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, Skype, Google Talk and IMAP/POP3/SMTP email.

However, it is not suitable for streaming video, VPN connections, peer-to-peer file sharing, or running internet-based workshops or presentations.

For the purposes of protecting PII, it is assumed that by virtue of you reading this page, you are already in contact with one or more of these Hyrox personnel

There is no Site Induction or Work Authorisation required for the Singapore Expo

Each partner or vendor is required to have Public Liability insurance in place for the value of SGD 2 Million per incident.

A current certificate of insurance must be provided electronically to William@hyroxsg.com no later than 1 week before the race (NLT 23rd August June).

If you wish to have electrical access for your activation area please inform William@hyroxsg.com.

All electrical leads intended for use within the venue need to be tested to government specified safety standards and affixed with the SAFETY Mark.

The 🔗 to the Ministry of Manpower workplace health and safety site is HERE. Please ensure you understand your WSH obligations and legal requirements.

Event day activation needs to be pre-approved by HYROX, and must not involve any third-party partnership or brand exposure to other brands, unless pre-approved by HYROX.

Please inform Katy@hyroxhk.com of the final details of your event day activation including all branding no later than two weeks before event bump in date (NLT 14th June).

If you require tables or chairs. Please inform WIlliam@hyroxsg.com as soon as possible.

Constellar does not require any application for vehicle permits.

Delivery can be made by the loading bays.

Access for Set Up and Tear Down (30th August & 2nd September)

  • Purple HYROX wrist bands are required for staff access on these dates.
  • Access will be via the . (Please refer to vehicle access details)
  • These bands will be mailed to a designated point of contact (P.O.C) from each partner. We recommend that this P.O.C be the individual responsible for managing the setup and organisation of your activation at HYROX.

Access Bands for Event Day (31st August & 1st September)

  • Separate bands are required for access on the event days.
  • Access will be Hall 4 entrance.
  • These bands will be mailed to a designated point of contact (P.O.C) from each partner. We recommend that this P.O.C be the individual responsible for managing the setup and organisation of your activation at HYROX.
