As a Youngstars judge, your main responsibilities on race day will be timing and assisting the participants with their challenge. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Station Assignment: You will be assigned to one of the 6 or 8 workout stations on race day. You’ll remain at this station as the kids rotate through in groups.
  • Group Management: Each group will have a head coach to manage and explain the exercises. Your focus is on timing and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Scorecard Assistance: Each participant will start with a blank scorecard. After they complete your station, help them record their time in the appropriate box on their scorecard.
  • Score Submission: At the end of the challenge, the scorecards will be collected to determine the top three performers in each age group.

Your role is crucial in ensuring the event runs smoothly and fairly. Thank you for your support!
